    With ATM Graphics, Fiserv helps clients maintain their identity via their ATM so their customers recognize their institution when they visit their ATMs. Fiserv conducts extensive research and meets with clients prior to creating unique graphics. Aptra Edge graphics transform terminals into a multimedia experience for cardholders and include: wallpaper, customized receipts, flash-animated ads, animated card reader, dynamic buttons and QuickTime ads.

  • ATM Preferences

    ATM Preferences lets cardholders personalize their ATM experience by setting preferences for language, fast cash withdrawal amount, account type and receipt preference. Using ATM Preferences, cardholders can easily establish or modify their preferred settings at preference-enabled ATMs.

  • ATM Management (ATM Manager)

    Our ATM Manager product is an internet-based ATM monitoring and management solution that provides you with the capability to view current and archived performance of your ATM portfolio and service team. This tool will keep your ATM programs running at maximum efficiency by increasing terminal availability and improving service level performance, saving you time and money and reducing paperwork.

  • ATM Marketing Messages (ATM Marketer)

    With ATM Marketer, you have complete control of the text that appears on your ATM screens.   • ATM Operational Outsource Solution (ATM Care)

    We offer a full-function, operational outsource solution for organizations that have deployed, or are considering deploying, ATMs. Fiserv is the interface to all suppliers required to service ATMs. Fiserv has internal resources with unmatched industry experience. Our ATM Care group takes responsibility for all aspects of an ATM program.

  • ATM Voice Guidance

    ATM Voice Guidance provides audible information and instructions for sight-impaired cardholders at your Windows-based ATMs, as required by the speech output component of the 2010 Americans with Disability Act (ADA) standards. Voice Guidance provides the audio instructions and information - which the user must connect headphones to hear - using text-to-speech (TTS) technology. The cardholder is instructed to insert, swipe or dip and remove the card or press 1 to begin the voice guidance session and can choose to skip the orientation, which tells the location of the keypad and identifies the keys for the cardholder.

  • ATM Languages

    With multi-language ATM screens, you can attract new cardholders in the neighborhoods where you do business. In addition to the standard English and Spanish language options, various combinations of the following languages can be uploaded to your ATMs: Chinese (Mandarin), French, German, Italian, Japanese, Korean, Polish, Portuguese (Brazilian), Portuguese (European) and Vietnamese. With Fiserv, clients do not need to have a third-party solution for screen translations, resulting in cost savings

  • ATM PIN Change

    Having an easy-to-remember PIN and knowing it is secure gives cardholders confidence – translating into increased transaction volumes and interchange opportunities. With PIN change at the ATM and phone PIN, cardholders now have multiple, convenient methods to customize their ATM/debit card PIN.

  • Electronic Journal Upload

    With Electronic Journal (EJ) Upload, ATM journal data is uploaded to Fiserv so that a batch file can be created and transmitted to you using standard batch transmission procedures. This data is needed for researching ATM transactions and balancing each ATM – which are tasks essential to managing ATMs successfully. With this functionality, you’ll have the ability to extract the data from the file and access it via any standard or custom EJ viewer application.

  • Enhanced Deposit Processing

    Enhanced Deposit Processing provides no-envelope deposit functionality at the ATM. Our service includes ATM and processing components and supports local imaging. Enhanced Deposit Processing reduces deposit fraud, improves the cardholder experience and enables faster posting of deposits.

  • Remote Key Transport (RKT)

    With Remote Key Transport, there’s no need for a site visit or the use of paper-based key mailers. For ATMs not currently 3DES compliant, RKT can save costs associated with having two servicers at the ATM when the double-length keys are entered into the ATM for the first time. For 3DES compliant ATMs, adding RKT can be used to more quickly – and with less cost – to reload the ATM’s TMK. Reduced downtime increases revenue potential and improves cardholder satisfaction.
